It is designed of nonstandard boiler for the flue gas waste heat recovery boiler according to the flue gas volume, pressure, temperature,composition in the user.
The flue gas waste heat recovery boiler is a flue and tube shell combined waste heat boiler. The high temperature flue gas firstly enters the front superheater, then enters the boiler body, and finally passes through the back flue and enters the chimney through the economizer and is discharged into the atmosphere.
The boiler is composed of a pressurized body, a base, packaging and insulation, platform escalators, instrument valves and accessories, superheater, economizer, and electric control systems etc.
The superheater is arranged in the flue in front of the furnace and consists of a serpentine tube formed by a bent tube.
In the overall structure, the boiler body adopts a bottom-mounted furnace, and the smoke pipe and the furnace bladder are arranged symmetrically.The flue is made up of a threaded smoke tube, which can greatly enhance heat transfer, thereby reducing the heating area, making the boiler compact and saving steel.
The economizer is made of castings, which can improve boiler efficiency. Meanwhile, it has strong corrosion resistance and greatly improves the economizer service life.
Safety valve, auxiliary machinery and control instructions
Safety valve:The boiler is equipped with a full opening safety valve.
auxiliary machinery:Adopt auxiliary boiler feed pump to realize automatic boiler feed water.
control instructions:In order to monitor and control the water level and pressure effectively, the boiler is equipped with a water level gauge, a water level controller and a water level alarm, as well as ordinary pressure gauges, electric contact pressure gauges and pressure controllers.
The boiler has functions of water level automatic control, high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection, steam pressure automatic control, over-pressure alarm and over-pressure interlock protection.All security accessories and interlock protection devices must not be quit during operation.The stoker should check and test the water level and pressure safety alarm interlock protection device regularly to make sure that it can play its role. If there is any damage, the furnace should be stopped and repaired in time.
